HDSI Management: Property Management and Development

For excellence in providing affordable housing management and development skills along with distinguished resident supportive service programs and assistance, in 2004, HDSI Management and its staff received:

•	Certificate of Commendation from Mayor James Hahn
•	Certificate of Appreciation from Herb J. Wesson, Jr., Speaker of the California State Assembly
•	Certificate of Commendation from Yvonne Braithwaite Burke, Supervisor, Second District, County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors

Of particular note, the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) named HDSI Management Staff Member the 2004 Property Supervisory of the Year.
